With over eight years of experience in social development, he focuses on strategic planning, advocacy, and program design for LGBTI+ and marginalized communities. His leadership has been instrumental in building partnerships with UN agencies, governments, and grassroots groups. Sadam continues to inspire young leaders to champion equality and mental health awareness across Manipur.

Khelina ensures financial accountability and operational efficiency within the organization. She manages donor coordination, audit processes, and compliance frameworks with precision and transparency. Her dedication supports the smooth implementation of projects and timely reporting to funding partners. Khelina also plays a vital role in strengthening internal systems and supporting organizational sustainability.

Bhavnaa leads the partnership and fundraising portfolio at Ya_All, building strong collaborations with national and international donors. She is deeply engaged in youth and community outreach, ensuring programs align with local needs and inclusive values. With a background in public health, she bridges networks across health, gender, and youth empowerment sectors. Bhavnaa’s efforts have expanded Ya_All’s visibility and long-term impact across Manipur and beyond.
